In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Apply technical expertise in the development of products and/or processes.
- Develop manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Recommend design changes to reduce costs, improve quality and increase product performance.
- Solve production problems.
- Participate in plant layout activities.
- Collaborate with other functional groups, customers or vendors on technical and/or administrative matters.
- Develop and coordinate manpower, facility and equipment requirements for assigned projects.
- Administer technical procedures including process and work procedures.
- Implements industrial engineering system.
- Participates and may lead lean and six sigma improvement teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
- Three to five years of applicable experience
- Only U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 22 CFR
- 120) may be considered
- Electrical Engineering Degree
- ABET-accredited degree from an engineering school
- Manufacturing Experience
- Lean Experience
