- Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and comfort with basic math.
- A self motivated approach and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to hold team members accountable in a fair and supportive way.
- Successful completion of Emerson’s training on all required equipment, which may include fork trucks, standing Crown pick trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
- Prior experience coordinating team workflow or leading small groups.
- Familiarity with distribution center processes, safety practices, or productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt work assignments quickly to meet shifting priorities.
