In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Process & Tool Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lessons learned to design and build processes and tools.
- Establish and maintain consistent, standardized workflows across multiple delivery sites while accommodating site‑specific constraints where necessary.
- Lead efforts to maintain AS9100 certification and ensure quality compliance across the ADG Business Unit in partnership with Corporate Quality and cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine engineering workflows and increase efficiency across locations.
- Ensure processes and workflows are clearly communicated, understood, and consistently executed across all sites.
- Continuously iterate on processes based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs.
- Build alignment and secure adoption of standardized processes across stakeholders and sites.
- Develop and maintain clear, scalable process documentation, training materials, and supporting infrastructure to support multi‑site adoption.
- Promote strong ownership and accountability for process adherence and continuous improvement across all locations.
- Gather feedback, coach teams, and support onboarding and training to ensure consistent execution across sites.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure business impact, process adoption, and consistency across the organization.
- Enable meaningful insights through accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of project and resource data across sites.
- Partner with Operations and Finance to align reporting processes, tools, and data structures enterprise‑wide.
- Support informed decision‑making through standardized and repeatable reporting outputs.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, ESA teams, and vendors across multiple locations.
- Influence adoption of scalable, sustainable, and standardized workflows across the organization.
- Foster a sense of urgency while maintaining high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading engineering system builds and operations, preferably across multiple sites.
- Demonstrated experience driving adoption and compliance with AS9100 standards in a multi‑site or distributed environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex project builds with strong planning skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearances.
- Experience with National Instruments hardware and software.
- Strong understanding of system build and delivery practices, including planning, risk management, operations, and quality control in a multi‑site environment.
