We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to generate leads, conduct inspections, and close roofing projects. This role involves working directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality roofing solutions while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
- Conduct roof inspections and meet with homeowners
- Present roofing solutions and assist with insurance claims
- Prepare estimates and close deals
- Work with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualities
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Sales experience is a plus, not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Growth
