In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate day to day project activities, schedules, and task assignments.
- Track progress, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Support cross-functional teams by gathering requirements and clarifying expectations.
- Assist with resource planning, budgeting inputs, and timeline updates.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Help ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to process improvements and team workflows. day-to-day
- You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options. You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You learn to streamline processes and cut out redundancy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
