Landscape Laborer

Job Overview

Looking for a dependable, bilingual laborer to work directly alongside the owner installing artificial turf and completing outdoor projects around St. Pete. This is a hands-on role with high growth potential — a motivated worker can move into a Foreman position within a few months, with a raise likely early on. On job training will be provided.

Duties

• Assist with artificial turf installations and base prep
• Cut turf, move materials, operate basic tools
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work outdoors in the Florida heat
• Follow daily instructions and work efficiently

Experience

• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Driver’s license
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs
• Landscaping/ construction experience is needed. Artificial Turf installation experience is preffered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
