Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and mobility
- Deliver evidence-based neuro rehab interventions for both adult and pediatric patients
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, nurses, and therapists
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, recovery goals, and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, quality care, and service excellence
- Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
- Experience
- 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Experience with neurological rehabilitation (stroke, TBI, Parkinson's, MS, etc.) strongly preferred
- Experience working with both adult and pediatric populations is a plus
- Licensure & Certification
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required
- BLS certification required within 4 months of hire

- Strong clinical expertise in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient caseload
- Exceptional patient communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes-driven treatment
