Working closely with the Section Leader of Interventional Radiology, Clinical Resource Nurse, Lead IR Technologist, and Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support that helps keep our department running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
As a Clinical Office Coordinator, You Will
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Interventional Radiology team
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Welcome, assist, and support patients and visitors with warmth and compassion
- Coordinate patient scheduling activities and appointment reminder calls
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and departmental documentation
- Assist with patient flow and communication between patients, physicians, and clinical staff
- Support daily office operations to ensure efficient department workflow
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to support high-quality patient care

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Moderate keyboarding and data entry skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year of experience in an administrative assistant, medical office, patient services, healthcare administration, or related support role preferred, but not required
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, human anatomy, and physiology preferred
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems preferred
- Work alongside a highly skilled and collaborative Interventional Radiology team
