Job Summary
Reporting to the Practice Manager and overseen by the office manager, the Clinical Office Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to provide comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to staff and the physician
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: One year Administrative Assistant/Medical Office preferred, but not required
Licensure and/or Certification: none
Skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and moderate keyboarding is required. Knowledge of EMR systems preferred.
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with strong ability to multi-task required.
Familiarity with Urology or medical terminology preferred
Able to work effectively as a team player, or independently to balance and prioritize multiple requests
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidential information required.
