Emerson Coast is a fast-growing custom sorority apparel company creating merch for chapters across the country. We help sororities create completely custom apparel for Bid Day, Recruitment, Philanthropy events, Formal, and everything in between.


This is not your typical “sit behind a desk and cold call people all day” sales job.


This role is part relationship-building, part creativity, part strategy, part social media, and part sales.


One day you may be on Zoom calls helping a sorority plan Bid Day shirts. The next day you may travel to a campus, brainstorm marketing ideas with the team, or follow up with all of your past customers.

We are looking for driven people who are confident, outgoing, organized, competitive, coachable, and excited to grow quickly.


No sales experience required.


Greek life experience is a HUGE plus.


What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with sorority chapters within your territory
  • Meet with chapter leaders over Zoom
  • Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer communication
  • Help customers create custom apparel they’re excited about
  • Travel to college campuses occasionally for meetings, events, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams
  • Brainstorm new sales and marketing ideas
  • Stay on top of social media trends and campus culture
  • Manage and grow your territory over time
