Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices and games.
- Instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and rules of soccer.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and character development.
- Supervise student-athletes during practices, contests, and team activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Support the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
- Communicate effectively with the Head Coach, athletes, parents, and school personnel.
- Assist with equipment management and other program needs as assigned.
- Comply with all district policies, athletic department expectations, and state athletic association rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Director.
