Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, supervision, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive aircraft maintenance .
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to track work orders, asset history, and maintenance KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- Coordinate projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and new installations while adhering to project management best practices.
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety regulations and environmental standards; promote a culture of safety awareness across teams.
- Maintain detailed FAA aircraft records of maintenance procedures, inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize manufacturing processes and support operational goals.
Skills
- Proven management experience leading maintenance or facilities teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently.
- Proficiency in using CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking.
- Skilled in facilities management practices including safety protocols, environmental compliance, and space planning.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities with supervising experience that fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; effective communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential for collaboration across teams.
