What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sommelier position at Emeril's Restaurant?
Emeril’s Restaurant has held the Wine Spectator Grand Award since 1999. We are seeking a Sommelier with particular expertise in managing a wine program to include maintaining the wine list, wine sales and marketing, as well as wine inventory and staff education. The Sommelier also has dining room management responsibilities during service. 2-3 years managerial experience in white tablecloth, fine dining and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage are required.
