- Develop, maintain, and automate operational and executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Gather reporting requirements by working closely with business stakeholders.
- Analyze data trends and present actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting.
- Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
- Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization.
- Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
- Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
- Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are also essential.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, splunk.
- Someone with strong technical reporting skills and the ability to contribute to strategic roadmap development.
