The MLT working alone- strong and independent candidates. Will have phlebotomy duties too.Responsibilities:Collect blood samples and other specimens using proper techniques (e.g., venipuncture, capillary puncture)..Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers.Identify and troubleshoot equipment or test discrepancies.Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory data.Requirements:MT/MLT, ASCP certified.BLS certification (current).Minimum 1 year of recent MLT/MT experienceStrong communication and teamwork skills.Competitive hourly pay ($42/hr).Weekly direct deposit.Flexible scheduling and supportive team environment.
