What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surveillance Role Player position at Emerging Technology Support, LLC?
This position will be a member
of a surveillance role-playing team conducting static, foot,
vehicle and/or multi-mode surveillance of training personnel. ETS
is looking for high-energy candidates that can operate in urban
and rural environments and under all weather conditions. This
position is part time as needed. This position will provide
training support in the Norfolk area including, but not limited
to, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake. Some travel will be
required.
Duties:
- Perform
foot surveillance up to six miles per event; up to three events
per day. Perform vehicle surveillance up to three hours per event;
up to three events per day.
- Fully
understand and adhere to ETS surveillance techniques and
procedures.
- Provide
surveillance roleplaying in direct support of client
training.
- Record
and maintain appropriate vehicle and surveillance logs in
accordance with ETS techniques and procedures.

Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must
be a US Citizen.
- Possess
a high school diploma, or a GED equivalent (although a
bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred).
- Maintain
appropriate level security clearance.
- All
positions require successful completion of a five-panel drug
screening.
- Must
have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
(no DUIs/DWIs), current auto insurance, and a 36-month clean
driving record.
- Ability
to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability
to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete
variables in situations where only limited standardization
exists.
- Ability
to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram or schedule form.
- Be
computer literate with working experience using Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook or other calendar management
applications.
- Must
be in good physical condition; with the ability to walk up to 6
miles per day; with the ability to drive or ride in a vehicle for
up to eight hours per day.
- At
least two (2) years of related experience is preferred.
- Should
have relevant knowledge in U.S. Marine Corps CI/HUMINT
Operations.
- Team
Leaders (TLs) must have minimum of 5 years of prior,
relevant/related team. leading experience (opportunities also
exist for advancement to TL within the program).

to extremely hot conditions (over 100 degrees).

to perform in both rural and urban environments.

noise level in the work environment usually is
moderate.
