Emerging Tech is seeking a Change Management (CM) Clinical Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO). This role supports Change Management and End-User Engagement and Adoption (EUEA) activities by providing project management oversight for clinical workflow initiatives, including sandbox environments, learning labs, and end-to-end workflow validation efforts.
The CM Clinical Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, including VA leadership, Oracle Health, and EUEA teams, to support development, execution, and alignment of change management strategies across clinical workflows and system adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support for Change Management clinical initiatives, including sandbox, learning labs, and end-to-end clinical workflow activities
- Oversee and support development and review of sandbox scenarios and workflows (simple, complex, and comprehensive)
- Develop and maintain CM artifacts, reports, executive-level briefings, communications, meeting agendas, and meeting notes
- Support identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and issues using EHRM-IO EUEA processes
- Maintain workstream standard operating procedures, schedules, shared mailboxes, and related documentation
- Coordinate logistics for workstream events, including learning labs and onsite activities
- Track and manage user provisioning status for sandbox and related environments
- Support onboarding and training of Sandbox Analysts and other team members
- Collaborate with CM teams, EUEA teams, Oracle Health, VHA, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in CM approach and execution
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with program objectives
- 10 years of professional work experience
- Experience managing Information Technology–related projects
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline
- An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
- Experience implementing or supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
