As part of this continued evolution, the company is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of eCommerce to lead the next phase of digital growth and customer experience optimization. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting into executive leadership and partnering cross-functionally across Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Analytics.
Position Overview
The Head of eCommerce will oversee the brand’s full digital commerce strategy, owning performance across the entire customer journey — from acquisition through retention and conversion. This leader will drive growth across all digital channels while balancing brand storytelling, customer experience, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
eCommerce & Digital Growth Strategy
- Lead and evolve the overall eCommerce and digital growth strategy aligned with company revenue goals
- Own and optimize the digital customer journey across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty
- Drive profitable revenue growth through data-informed decision making and continuous optimization
- Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, planning, and long-term digital strategy
- Oversee digital acquisition channels including paid social, search, affiliate, influencer, and emerging platforms
- Manage agency relationships and marketing partners to ensure strong performance and accountability
- Monitor channel efficiency, attribution, CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value
- Identify new growth opportunities and test innovative customer acquisition strategies
- Oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, loyalty, and retention programs
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and repeat purchase behavior
- Partner with teams to enhance customer communication and retention performance
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize site merchandising, UX/UI, navigation, and conversion performance
- Oversee promotional strategy and digital merchandising initiatives
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to improve site experience and conversion rates
- Help prioritize platform enhancements, testing initiatives, and digital innovation opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the digital and eCommerce team
- Foster strong collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience
- Build scalable processes, workflows, and reporting structures to support growth
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on all digital commerce initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks and reporting across digital channels and customer lifecycle performance
- Analyze business trends and customer behavior to inform strategic recommendations
- Drive accountability through consistent reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews
- 8 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or DTC growth leadership roles
- Proven success leading high-growth digital commerce businesses
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and customer acquisition strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and related eCommerce technologies preferred
- Deep understanding of customer journey optimization and digital merchandising
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strategic, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
