Graphic Designer - Apparel & Marketing

Job Description

Our client in childrenswear apparel is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to support both product development and marketing initiatives. This role will create original artwork and graphics for apparel, including T-shirts and prints, while developing marketing assets across email, print, and digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strong creative skills with hands-on production knowledge and can take projects from concept through final, production-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphics, artwork, typography, and prints for T-shirts and apparel.
• Design email campaigns, postcards, lookbooks, social media, digital, and other marketing assets.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop concepts and production-ready artwork.
• Adapt artwork across products, placements, formats, and colorways.
• Prepare files for apparel and print production, ensuring proper specifications, color, sizing, separations, and file formats.
• Maintain a cohesive, on-brand visual identity across product and marketing.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in apparel, fashion, children's, lifestyle, or consumer products.
• Portfolio demonstrating both apparel/print graphics and marketing/digital design.
• Strong product and print production knowledge, with experience taking artwork through final production.
• Strong typography, illustration, layout, color, and composition skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign a plus.
• Creative, collaborative, organized, and comfortable working across multiple types of projects.
  
  

Ideal Candidate: A hybrid designer who can seamlessly move between T-shirt/apparel artwork and marketing creative, with the technical knowledge to take designs from concept through final production.

Salary $90-120k
