Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing

Location: NYC, Onsite 5 days/week | Reports to: VP of Brand Marketing

The Director of Brand Marketing will lead and operate the engine that brings the brand to life across every channel. This role sits at the center of the marketing organization—translating brand strategy into clear, integrated campaigns and ensuring seamless execution across the business. You will partner closely with Creative, PR, Digital, and Retail teams to align priorities, build structure, and deliver impactful brand moments at scale. This is a highly cross-functional, operationally strong role for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution and is excited to build and scale marketing systems within a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into actionable, cross-channel marketing plans
  • Own the development of campaign and product launch plans across all brand initiatives
  • Build and maintain the brand and marketing calendars
  • Align campaigns with product priorities, channel strategies, and business goals
  • Drive clear timelines and execution frameworks across teams
  • Partner with eCommerce and channel leads to ensure cohesive, well-timed rollouts
  • Elevate the quality and strategic depth of marketing plans
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, serving as the central marketing partner to channel leads
  • Develop and refine scalable marketing workflows and planning processes, creating structure that enables the team to operate efficiently as the business scales
  • Manage and develop Brand Marketing team members

Qualifications / What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to build structure and drive execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, digital, PR, and retail teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building a world-class brand

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130K-$150K annually.

This range represents the good-faith estimate of the pay the employer reasonably expects to offer upon hire, based on the role’s responsibilities, required experience, location, and internal equity.

Incentives & Benefits

This position may be eligible for discretionary, performance-based bonuses and participation in applicable incentive programs. The role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and other employee benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.

Additional Compensation

Equity awards, profit sharing, or other forms of non-cash compensation are not included in the posted pay range and, where applicable, will be discussed during the interview or offer process.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
