We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive with deep experience in wholesale sales, merchandising, and account management to join our dynamic client in the wholesale apparel industry.The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s largest national retail account across two key brands. This is a highly visible, hands-on sales role requiring strong analytical, merchandising, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and profitability by managing and growing the company’s #1 retail account across two major brands.Partner closely with the VP and company owners to develop and execute account strategies and seasonal sales plans.Issue monthly buys, manage purchase orders, and maintain ownership of inventory through detailed analysis and forecasting.Analyze sales, trends, and inventory to optimize assortments and drive growth opportunities.Prepare and present business reviews and product strategies to internal leadership and external retail partners.Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure alignment between sales goals, product development, and inventory flow.Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting using Excel, Extena, and QlikSense.Exhibit impeccable follow-up, clear communication, and accountability in all interactions.Identify and create new business opportunities within existing and potential retail partners.Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external accounts to ensure seamless execution of programs.Travel to account meetings, market weeks, and company events as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.15 years of progressive wholesale sales experience within women’s apparel manufacturing.Proven track record of success managing large retail accounts—preferably in the off-price denim category.Strong merchandising acumen and ability to interpret sales data into actionable strategies.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Extena and QlikSense strongly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities.Team player with a “can-do” spirit and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel and work on-site four days per week.Salary Range $110-125K
