Our client, an American lifestyle brand, is seeking Sales Associates for their SoHo, NY Flagship location.
Candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and other retail related tasks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
At least 1 year of retail, hospitality, or pop-up experience
Exceptional knowledge of proper customer service
Knowledge in Shopify POS systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Highly motivated and reliable
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Ensure all customers are provided with high quality customer service
Ensure all operational procedures are followed properly
Maintain a pristine store image, by following merchandising standards
Resolve customer issues, in order to retain
Demonstrate strong product and brand knowledge
Process transactions with accuracy
