EmergeOrtho is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient Orthopedic Therapy to provide exceptional patient care alongside our skilled Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). We have multiple locations actively looking for the right professional to enhance our growing team!

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited PT/OT School
- State of North Carolina Therapy License Required
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and demands
- Comfortable using email, internet applications, and practice management software
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following
- Perform patient evaluations and formulates a treatment plan based on the findings
- Implement appropriate patient care treatment techniques including exercise techniques, manual therapy interventions, modalities, and provide patient and family education
- Maintain all adequate documentation in a timely manner including closing encounters, obtaining Medicare certification, and appropriately coding for treatment provided
- Attend formal continuing education conferences to ensure the growth of skills and expanding clinical knowledge
- Supervise appropriate personnel including therapy assistants, technicians, and ancillary staff
- Assist with business and administrative facets of practice as deemed by the manager including marketing
- Assist with the formalization of new programs and continue to update present programs for growth of the practice
- Attend appropriate staff meetings
- Maintain all professional licenses, mandatory certifications, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance
- Performs other duties as required and assigned by Manager, including schedule changes and travel to office locations as assigned
