Our CPG client is looking for a ✨Talent Acquisition Specialist✨ to join their team in Houston, TX! In this role, you’ll help drive hiring efforts by sourcing top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to create a smooth and positive recruiting experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support current and future hiring needs
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates
- Manage the full recruiting process, including screenings, interviews, offers, and onboarding support
- Create job descriptions, interview questions, and recruiting strategies
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
- Build relationships with agencies, universities, and other recruiting channels
- Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings within the ATS
- Support recruiting events, referrals, and other talent sourcing initiatives
Requirements
- 1 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
- Strong Excel experience
- Experience with any Applicant Tracking System
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
