Our Oil & Gas services client is looking to add an IT Manager to their team, you will be responsible for end-user support, vendor management, and technology operations across a multi-site organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with and managing an MSP and vendor services
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, and end-user support.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technology issues and critical incidents.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, endpoint management, mobile devices, and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Manage relationships with MSPs, technology vendors, and telecommunications providers.
- Monitor vendor performance, service levels, security findings, and operational metrics.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and access management.
- Coordinate infrastructure, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and operational standards.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and technology standardization efforts.
- Support technology projects, budgeting, and future IT team development.
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Experience supporting remote and geographically dispersed users.
- Strong background in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, endpoint management, and IT operations.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, MSPs, and technology service providers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
