As we expand, we’re seeking a motivated and personable Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team and help deliver top-tier wireless solutions directly to consumers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys face-to-face interactions, and wants to build a long-term career in marketing, communications, or sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T Wireless with professionalism and integrity in retail settings
• Engage with customers to communicate the value of AT&T products and services
• Educate and assist customers with wireless plan options, upgrades, and promotions
• Address questions and concerns in a clear and customer-focused manner
• Present tailored solutions using lead-driven outreach
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing strategies are executed effectively
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve processes and customer experience

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with learning and using digital systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport quickly
