Compensation & Benefits
- $130k Competitive base salary tied to experience
- Incentive bonus program: 20% of collections-based or productivity-based structure

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida
- At least 1 year of Working Dermatology experience (medical/surgical dermatology)
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills

- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic
