We are looking for an experienced reliable dispatcher to join our team.
Job Tasks:
- Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.
- Schedule and dispatch our technicians to service jobs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Must have the ability to deal effectively and tactfully on a daily basis with service technicians and customers.
- Able to demonstrate professional phone manner
- Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs of all jobs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
Experience:
- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
