Description/Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced content cleaning manager to join our restoration leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing the handling, packing, recording, and processing customers belongings that have been affected by water, fire/smoke, or mold damage. Responsibilities include:
Oversee the job site for pack-out, and pack-back, and cleaning.
Ensure the inventory of all customer belongings using an industry specific software program. This includes inventorying, cleaning, total loss, storing, etc.
Overseeing contents packing/wrapping, cleaning, loading/unloading customers belongings.
Writing customer estimates using software program.
Work directly with insurance adjusters and homeowners to manage client content claims.
Manage and maintain vendor relationships.
Have effective communication with customers, co-workers and management.
Work Hours:
Work hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. We are a 24/7 emergency service company so there will be times where after-hours work is required along with the potential of working during the weekends and/or holidays. No traveling.
Requirements:
Must have valid drivers license, and pass a background check.
Management experience of at least 2 year(s) is preferred.
Restoration industry/content cleaning experience is required.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs., to stand, bend, lift for 8 hours or more.
Willing and readiness to learn and grow with the company.
Salary based on experience, bonus pay opportunities available.
