The Contents Project Coordinator initiates the process of obtaining the quote sent to the adjuster, which will be used to have the restoration work performed by the Contents Estimator, Scooper, Technicians, and the Project Managers.

Summary Of Responsibilities
The Contents Project Coordinator initiates the process of obtaining the quote sent to the adjuster, which will be used to have the restoration work performed by the Contents Estimator, Scooper, Technicians, and the Project Managers.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create a customer file in Encircle to capture the job estimate, documentation, content pack out, and payment.
- Enter the job into DASH to maintain visibility of the restoration project, invoicing, and equipment and technician scheduling.
- Assign Estimator, the Scooper, and Project Manager to the customer job.
- Works with the homeowner on the storage method to be used and the location.
- Coordinate and manage content inventory and documentation, including detailed tracking using restoration software and inventory systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Education and/or Experience – High School or GED diploma with Content experience.
- Language Skills – Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write letters and prepare other documents as needed. Proofreads work.
- Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric calculations.
- Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills – Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email, and word processing software. Must he be able to work on DASH and Encircle.
- Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English and Spanish.
- Vision – Ability to view documents, multiple screens, and read handwritten documents.
