• Purchase parts and materials, compare vendors and pricing, manage purchase orders, and ensure we are getting competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Keep inventory accurate, organized, properly stocked, and ready for upcoming jobs.
• Work directly with technicians to locate and order parts and help get crews out the door quickly each morning.
• Manage all company vehicles, trailers, jetters, and equipment, including preventative maintenance, repairs, registrations, recalls, inspections, and service records.
• Conduct and oversee technician van and equipment checks to ensure everything is safe, clean, operational, and ready to work.

• Coordinate with vendors, dealerships, repair facilities, technicians, supervisors, Finance, HR, and other departments to keep operations moving.
• Manage parts returns, warranties, credits, vendor reward programs, and related documentation.
• Prepare and stage materials, parts, tools, vehicles, and equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Help maintain company facilities and grounds and operate shop equipment, forklifts, tools, and vehicles as needed.
• Identify problems before they affect the field and proactively find solutions.
• Continually improve EPHA's inventory, fleet, shop, and purchasing processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what needs done.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, ServiceTitan, spreadsheets, Google Chat, and online purchasing.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, fleet, warehouse, construction, plumbing, HVAC, or similar operations is a plus.
• Comfortable working hands-on with vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
