Urgency Room Guest Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all. This position is responsible for managing guest inquiries, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication between guests and healthcare providers. - Greet and assist guest upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage scheduled and walk-in patient interactions to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and support
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to guest care and satisfaction
Schedule
The hours of this position includes a mixture of day and evening shifts. This position will work every other weekend as well as 4 holidays per year. Day shift hours range is 7:00am-4:00pm and evening shift range is 1:30pm-10:00pm.
Travel to other Urgency Room locations is required for trainings, meetings, and operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment
