Emergency Physicians of the Rockies is seeking a HR Generalist to add to its Corporate Office staff to support the HR Director in the coordination and execution of HR functions.
Emergency Physicians of the Rockies (EPR) is an independent, physician-owned Emergency Medicine practice with 120 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers staffing 6 Emergency Departments affiliated with the UCHealth System in Northern Colorado.

JOB DUTIES:
- Interact with Office Staff, COO, CEO, Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and other EPR leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist in recruitment, including but not limited to producing recruitment materials, job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding through documentation preparation, communication, and orientation coordination.
- Track, verify, and maintain employee credentials, licenses, certifications, and education records, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- In coordination with HR Director and Clinical Coordinator, track required education and trainings, ensuring that all staff meet ongoing professional development standards.
- Process and maintain employee credentialing and reappointment, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare HR-related reports as requested, including but not limited to those related to evaluations, promotions, and audits.
- Utilize software systems to maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, and streamline workflows.
- Assist in improvement of existing HR procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining procedures related to HR operations.
- Work in a standard office environment and use general office equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 4-5 years in administrative support role, with 2–4 years of experience in HR preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, continuing education tracking, and regulatory compliance requirements helpful.
- Proficiency with personal computers (preferably Mac).
- Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, HR tracking systems.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Personable and self-motivated.
