Position OverviewThe IICRC Crew Chief is responsible for leading field teams on water, fire, mold, and other property damage mitigation projects. This role requires a high-level technician with strong leadership abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise mitigation crews during daily operationsPerform water, fire, mold, and specialty cleaning services following IICRC standardsConduct jobsite evaluations, moisture readings, and scope documentationCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers, and team membersEnsure safety protocols and company policies are followed on all job sitesComplete accurate job notes, photos, and documentation using company softwareTrain and mentor technicians and new hiresManage equipment setup, monitoring, and breakdownRespond to emergency calls as part of an on-call rotationCompany DescriptionWe are a locally owned and operated mitigation company searching for a highly skilled, IICRC-certified Crew Chief to lead field teams on water, fire, and mold mitigation projects.
