Job description:
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable person to join our operations team in a split hybrid role — half your time on the road, half in the warehouse.What You’ll Do:
- 50% Driving: Drive a small, clean, refrigerated box truck to deliver and stock bagged ice at our regional hub markets.
- 50% Warehouse: Bag, seal, stack, and organize bagged ice in our facility.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old (commercial vehicle insurance requirement).
- Valid standard driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record (MVR check required).
- Able to repeatedly lift, stack, and move 40–50 lbs in temperature-controlled and standard warehouse environments.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and obtain a basic DOT medical card before your first day (we’ll walk you through it — it’s quick).
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
