Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in various operational areas. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Associate will engage with customers and assist with sales transactions. An associate with experience in diesel trucks and trailer parts is a plus. Automotive experience is acceptable, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers with truck and trailer parts, including providing information on products and services.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers in identifying their truck and trailer part needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in diesel trucks and trailer parts is a plus. Automotive experience is acceptable, as training will be provided.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
