Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize your core skills to provide high-quality healthcare services as Medical Ground Support at Border Patrol Facilities. With premium skills in critical care experience you will excel in patient monitoring, medication administration, and developing care plans.
Primary Job Duties
- Assists in the initial assessments of patients.
- Reconcile patient medications and documentation.
- Assist in the completion of all necessary documentation in accordance with EDS's documentation policy.
- Prepares equipment and assists other EDS medical personnel with medical treatments, exams and medical procedures during ground support.
- Remain compliant with HIPAA federal laws and regulations.
- Collecting, Filing and Sorting Patient Files.
- All other duties as assigned by medical providers.
Qualifications
- RN License
- Active BLS, ACLS and PALS
- Experience in patient care and assessment
- Valid US Passport
- Ability to create and implement care plans
- Competency in medication administration
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
-Must have a clean driving record and a valid Drivers License
Language:
- English and Spanish (Required)
Clearance:
- Applicants selected will be subject to Government background investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for position of employment.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
- Favorable credit check
