Qualifications
- Ability to perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions effectively
- Strong emergency response and critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and knowledge of healthcare documentation systems
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Current RN license for California and Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
- Current NIHSS certification.
- Prior experience in an emergency or acute care setting is highly beneficial and preferred.
- Strong ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment with varying patient needs.
