Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for our patient-centered clinic. The ideal candidate wants to contribute their skills to a growing company that values teamwork, flexibility, and mutual respect. This position involves collaborating with other dental professionals and offers an excellent opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Care: Greet guests with a smile, then prep and educate them before the doctor's exam.
- Clinical Support: Assist dentists with all clinical procedures, perform X-rays, and chart existing/recommended treatments.
- Sterilization & Setup: Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms for upcoming visits.
- Documentation: Accurately record medical history for each guest.
- Teamwork: Work collectively with coworkers to provide high-quality care and perform other duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing: Active Washington Registered Dental Assisting Certification.
- Certifications: Active Washington Radiology Certification and current CPR certification.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience as an RDA.
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of dental procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
