Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Follow center policies and daily schedules
- Support classroom routines (circle time, meals, naps, etc.)
- Maintain professionalism and reliability at all times
Requirements:
- Prior daycare or early childhood experience REQUIRED
- Must be reliable and able to accept shifts consistently
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms/centers
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Background check required
