Role Description: The Summer Marketing Intern is a part-time, on-site internship based in Mooresville, NC. The intern will support day-to-day social media marketing and outreach activities including assisting with the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. They will help create and update marketing materials, support social media and digital initiatives, and assist with sales enablement content as needed. This role offers direct interaction with C-Suite experience through a Founder-led business.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and client-facing work.
- Experience with social media, experience with outreach campaigns a bonus, specifically LinkedIn.
- Foundational understanding of Marketing Strategy, including positioning, messaging, and campaign support.
- Customer Service mindset with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and building positive client relationships.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with marketing or CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mooresville, NC, manage multiple tasks, and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Note this is an unpaid internship where you will gain valuable experience, hours are flexible and are M-Th between 9-4pm
