Emerge212 is looking for a hands-on facilities professional who also understands the importance of presentation, professionalism, and client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in clean lines, fresh paint, and well-maintained spaces, and is comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams—both in person and behind a computer.
You’ll take ownership of one to two of our premium locations, ensuring it looks, feels, and functions at the highest standard every day.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Facility Maintenance & Repairs
· Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, including spackling, patching, wall repair, and painting
· Maintain the space aesthetically and functionally to management standards at all times
· Assemble, move, and store furniture (desks, chairs, office configurations)
· Support light plumbing, electrical, doors, locks, glass, and key-card systems (experience preferred, not required)
Client-Facing & Operations Support
· Serve as a professional, client-facing presence for members, guests, and vendors
· Coordinate onsite vendors and maintain positive relationships with building management and engineering teams
· Support client move-ins and move-outs in partnership with Leasing and Client Services teams
· Maintain a polished, calm, and service-oriented demeanor at all times
Computer & Administrative Work
· Create and maintain facility reports documenting completed and ongoing projects
· Communicate tasks, updates, and issues using Microsoft Teams and email
· Track inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs digitally
· Organize mail, packages, and deliveries
Additional Responsibilities
· Light IT support (meeting room setup, phones, basic tech troubleshooting)
· Occasional after-hours staffing as needed
· Take ownership of special projects and suggest improvements to elevate the client experience

Schedule & Compensation
· In-office role: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm
· Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications; final compensation will be determined at the time of hire.)
