With a consultative approach and strong industry expertise, they provide tailored solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of both clients and their employees.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on sales leader to drive regional growth, lead a high-performing team, and expand market presence within an assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience with 5 years in sales leadership
  • Proven success leading regional teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong background in consultative or solution-based selling environments
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Must reside in TX and be open to regional travel

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans to drive market growth and expand territory presence
  • Manage key relationships with clients, brokers, and strategic partners
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and overall sales performance metrics
  • Personally engage in high-value deals and support complex sales cycles
  • Partner cross-functionally to align on strategy, market feedback, and client needs
