Requirements
- 3 years of technical recruiting experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior 3rd-party recruitment experience required
- Exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to ask for help and work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Source, schedule, and interview candidates across multiple technical functions and skillsets
- Recruit for multiple client openings and directly manage client communication
- Assist with negotiating salaries, extending offers, and conducting orientations
- Handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support
- Attend networking and community events
- Attend client meetings and provide subject matter expertise
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
