- In-office role based in the loop, downtown Chicago
- $20/hour base pay uncapped monthly bonus potential (Top performers earn $1,000–$3,000/month in bonuses)

- 1st-year earnings average $55,000–$75,000

- Strong communication and computer navigation skills
- Must meet state licensing and background check requirements
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Field pre-screened inbound calls from customers considering Medicare plans
- Educate consumers and guide them through plan selection and enrollment
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and ancillary products
- Provide outstanding customer service while meeting monthly sales goals
- Follow all compliance standards set by state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with your team to share insights and improve performance
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
