Our client is growing and seeking a detail-driven, proactive Executive Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support a thriving Corporate practice. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with attorneys, build client relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional legal support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a corporate practice group
- Experience in working concurrently with multiple attorneys in a practice
- Knowledge of and experience with both Colorado and Federal court systems and the Rules of Civil Procedure (CRCP/FRCP)
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- County court experience is also desirable
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with and or ability to learn systems necessary for the practice of law (ProLaw, MS Office, MS Teams, etc)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day to day activities including documentation of matters in ProLaw
- Calendar deadlines, court hearings/trials, and arbitration deadlines/hearings
- Provide organization to client documents and related documentation
- Communicate with Attorneys and/or Partners on work status and client issues that arise
- Achieve positive reviews/feedback from clients
- Proportionately contribute to overall client satisfaction and firm operating goals

Pay Range - $38.00 - $43.00 / hour (depending on experience)
