REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to commute to the Willis Tower office in Chicago
- Professional and self driven attitude
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
- Must meet all licensing and legal background requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers in selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans
- Make outbound calls to revisit and review Medicare options with consumers
- Provide expert guidance on health insurance offerings and plan selection
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting monthly sales goals
- Stay informed on Medicare regulations and comply with all Federal CMS and state standards
