As the team continues to expand, they are looking to add an Educational Outreach Specialist to their team. This role blends strategy, outreach, and relationship building, with 50% of the time spent out in the community connecting with schools, educators, and educational organizations, and the other 50% spent at the office planning. You’ll lead efforts to develop new partnerships, promote financial products and services tailored to the education community, support enrollment initiatives, and help execute events and outreach programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys being out in the field, and can manage a high volume of independent planning, scheduling, and follow-through.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, outreach, or strategic partnerships
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, plan quarterly outreach, and self-manage time in the field
- Comfort presenting financial products and services and closing new memberships
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on K–12 schools, colleges, and education-based organizations
- Build partnerships by attending school orientations, teacher appreciation events, union meetings, and community functions
- Maintain a prospect pipeline and proactively identify opportunities for outreach and membership growth
- Present financial products and services to educators and support enrollment efforts, including referral and ambassador programs
- Coordinate with marketing and outreach teams to plan events, campaigns, and quarterly initiatives
- Serve as the liaison between external partners and internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and engagement
- Track performance metrics such as new members, product adoption, and event-driven leads
