Data Center Site Lead

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Onsite Lead to oversee daily Data Center Operations at our 2PK site location to manage the Data Center Operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Responsibilities

• Oversee and Maintain Operations for the 2PK Production Data Center
• Supervise and coordinate onsite team activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
• Monitor productivity and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite issues
• Train and mentor team members
• Report daily metrics and escalate concerns as needed
  
  

✅ Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in a Production Data Center environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Tuesdays-Saturdays
• $38.00/ hour
