Collector

We are partnered with a national law firm with a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. For over 40 years, they have provided customized collection programs for their public sector clients. Located in San Antonio, they offer excellent training, competitive benefits, and strong opportunities for career advancement.

They are looking to add a Collector to the team in the San Antonio office. In this role, you will contact individuals regarding overdue accounts through phone and written correspondence. You will make a high volume of outbound calls throughout the day while educating customers on available options to resolve their balances. A strong candidate for this role will enjoy communicating with others and helping individuals find solutions.

REWARDS

• Hourly rate starting at $19.50-$20.50 while on a contract basis
• 17.50-18.50/hour after conversion with a bonus opportunites!

Requirements

• Prior outbound phone experience
• High-volume customer service
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
  
  

RESPONSIBILITES

• Collect outstanding account balances by phone and email
• Make a high volume of daily outbound calls using an automated dialer
• Educate customers on payment options and account resolution
